Over the years CPI has helped many companies grow through by supercharging their workers, giving them the tools to know their customers well, respond quickly and knowledgably to customers concerns and track the efforts made.
We have written many custom applications that meet the specific business needs of our customers. We have also installed packaged applications and trained the users as to how to use them efficiently and effectively. We help create an environment where work functions are integrated with the goal of eliminating redundancy.
Who Our Clients Are
Our typical client has 15-20 users, though we appreciate our many individual clients representing consultants, investment bankers, traders and philanthropists. Most of our customers use Microsoft’s Office 365 on our advice and because of our expertise. All of our larger clients have on premises Microsoft Windows Servers. Some we are migrating to the Microsoft’s Sharepoint Cloud and away from on premises servers. CPI manages these networks including administration of the Office 365 suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) and Sharepoint sites and document libraries. It is our job to keep the office running smoothly and when there is a problem, troubleshooting and resolving that problem as quickly as humanly possible.
